Cecil fell for Annie at the former Pinocchios in Loveland. It was their third date, and just happened to be Valentines Day. Annie had to work, so she casually mentioned that he was welcome to come visit her. Annie saw his face in the crowd at the door…and the rest is history! And since Annie is obsessed with the restaurant business, Cecil had no choice but to join her! Greeley’s Pinocchios Italian opened in March 2023 and it was a love affair from the beginning. Guests loved visiting with Cecil and he would brag about Annie’s recipes. But as things go, the couple was looking for new adventures. Almost exactly a year later, PRIME was born. PRIME was created by Cecil and Annie to give Greeley an elegant spot to relax, enjoy, dine and celebrate.
Cecil and Annie are thrilled to be a part of the Greeley dining scene & offering their guests something special. They use local, humanely raised beef to support Greeley ranchers and make all their own sides, sauces and desserts. They look forward to your visit and joining us for our tradition.
